Hamster Village Hamster Progression Tier List

S–F priorities for volume, Merge efficiency, and high-tier Seed output — no invented hamster names.

Tier List Hub

This Tier List Hub ranks progression priorities in Hamster Village (Roblox, Dojo Empire), not fan-named creatures. The live game talks in tiers, Buy Tier, Merge, Seeds, and Cash. We keep that language so the list stays accurate when cosmetics or unlock art change.

Ranking criteria

We score each band on three axes:

  1. Seed output — how hard a higher-tier hamster works once it exists.
  2. Merge cost efficiency — Cash and time to assemble three same-tier units for a Merge (3 → 1).
  3. Early-game value — how much a band helps your first Deposit → Cashier loops before Buy Tier climbs.

There is no rebirth. Climbing means buying volume, merging triples, upgrading seed sale rate, and spending on Buy Tier when the next bracket is worth it. Cross-check tactics in How to Merge Hamsters, How to Farm Seeds, and How to Unlock Hamsters.

S tier — High-tier seed engines

What it is: Your highest owned hamster tiers after successful Merge chains.

Why S: Official guidance is clear — higher-tier hamsters drop more Seeds. Once Cashier income is stable, concentrating Merge progress into top tiers multiplies passive drops per plot of space.

Play pattern:

  • Keep Deposit and Cashier cycling so Carry never caps your loop.
  • Merge triples intentionally toward the top of your unlocked range.
  • Spend Upgrade (seed sale rate) so each deposited Seed pays more Cash.
  • Only Buy Tier when you can actually feed the new bracket with Merge fodder.

Avoid: Panic-merging every low tier the second you hit three copies if you still need floor coverage for steady Seeds.

A tier — Mid-tier Merge efficiency sweet spot

What it is: Middle tiers that are expensive enough to matter but cheap enough to rebuild after a Merge.

Why A: Mid tiers are where most of your Merge efficiency lives. Turning three mid units into one higher unit often beats buying a single expensive high-tier outright when Cash is tight.

Play pattern:

  • Track how many copies you need for the next Merge.
  • Use Add5 / Add25 when Cash spikes instead of single Add1 spam if the UI pricing favors bulk.
  • Keep one eye on Carry — mid-tier farms still fail if you forget Deposit/Cashier.

Pair this band with the Hamster Collection planner so you know whether you are collecting for unlocks or for raw income.

B tier — Low-tier volume (early and recovery)

What it is: The lowest Buy Tier hamsters you can spam with Add1 / Add5 / Add25 / Add100.

Why B (not F): Early on, volume beats prestige. Many weak droppers plus reliable Collect → Deposit → Cashier will out-earn one lonely mid-tier while you learn the map buttons.

Play pattern:

  • First session: buy, collect, Deposit, Cashier — see Getting Started.
  • Build triples deliberately; do not Merge so hard that your village goes empty.
  • Use low tiers as Merge food once Cashier income is comfortable.

When B falls off: After Buy Tier climbs and Upgrade sale rate is online, pure low-tier boards waste space that high-tier engines could use.

C tier — Raw Buy Tier purchases without Merge plan

What it is: Spending Cash on Buy Tier / TierUpgrader the moment it appears, without a Merge or volume plan.

Why C: Unlocking a higher purchase bracket is powerful, but buying the button early can starve Auto Buy / manual buys and stall Merge stacks. Unlock timing belongs in How to Unlock Hamsters.

Play pattern:

  • Unlock when you can afford both the tier-up and several purchases at the new price.
  • Confirm the new tier’s Seed behavior before dumping your whole wallet.
  • Revisit the Session Checklist after every Buy Tier click.

D tier — Ignoring Deposit / Cashier while chasing tiers

What it is: Focusing only on Merge sparkles or Buy Tier while Carry and PendingCash sit uncollected.

Why D: Tiers do not pay if Seeds never become Cash. The economy chain is Collect → Carry → Deposit → PendingCash → Cashier → Cash. Break any link and your “high tier” board idles.

Fix this with How to Farm Seeds before another Merge binge.

F tier — Wrong-game priorities

What it is: Strategies copied from the mobile Hamster Village (diamonds, gold gift codes, mobile UI) or from tycoons with rebirth.

Why F: Those systems are not this Roblox loop. Chasing mobile codes or rebirth resets wastes sessions. Confirm the experience on the Roblox Game Link page and ignore mismatched guides.

How to use this list in a real session

  1. Open the game from the official Place ID.
  2. Run one clean income cycle (Collect → Deposit → Cashier).
  3. Decide whether you need B-tier volume or A-tier Merge this session.
  4. Push S-tier engines only after Upgrade sale rate and Cash flow feel healthy.
  5. Treat Buy Tier as a planned C-tier spend, not a reflex.

Optional automation on the Scripts Hub can execute these priorities, but the ranking still comes from your goals. After maintenance, skim Updates in case button labels or economy tuning shifted.

Rank the job each tier band does — volume, Merge fuel, or seed engine — and your Cash will climb without invented unit names.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Why doesn’t this tier list use hamster character names?

The live Roblox loop is documented in tier, Buy Tier, Merge, Seeds, and Cash language. Invented names go stale; progression bands stay accurate across cosmetic changes.

What is the best tier focus for beginners?

Prioritize B-tier low-tier volume plus flawless Deposit and Cashier. Move into A-tier Merge efficiency once you can rebuild triples without emptying the board.

When should I push S-tier high hamsters?

After Cashier income is stable and Upgrade (seed sale rate) is online. High tiers drop more Seeds, but only if you keep collecting and converting them.

Is Buy Tier always high priority?

No. Buy Tier is strong but ranked C as a raw reflex. Unlock when you can afford the new bracket and still fund purchases and merges.

Does rebirth change this tier list?

No. Hamster Village has no rebirth in the public core loop, so rankings ignore rebirth resets and mobile-game currencies.
